Use | 1-phenylsemicarbazide is used to synthesize the intermediate 1-phenyl -1,2, 4-triadimenol, which is also used in the pharmaceutical industry to make antipyretic agents. |
production method | its preparation method is formed by reacting phenylhydrazine and urea as raw materials. 136kg phenylhydrazine hydrochloride, 98kg urea and 240L water were added to the 1000L reactor. Stir evenly and raise the temperature to above 100 ℃ for condensation reaction. After 6h of reaction, 280L of water is added, cooled to 5 ℃, and filtered to obtain 1-phenylsemicarbazide with a content of more than 95% and a yield of more than 93%. |
